Our Sierra Way branch and Eastvale, Torrance and Upland In-Store branches are temporarily closed. Fort Mohave is temporarily closed on Saturdays. Our other locations are open 9a-5p weekdays with regular hours Saturdays.

Stimulus Prepaid Card

If you have not yet received your government stimulus payment, it may come as a prepaid card from Money Network Card Services. See eipcard.com1 for info on this option.

Member Assistance Program



You’re not in this alone, we have special assistance programs that may help you. Here are a couple of ways we are helping our members who are affected by the Coronavirus. Please note, some restrictions may apply.

Payment Deferrals

We are offering to defer payments on any Arrowhead loan and/or Arrowhead Visa® for a limited term.

Member Assistance Loan

If you have been impacted by COVID-19, we have loan programs in place to help.

Temporarily Suspending Fees

Starting April 13 we’re temporarily suspending fees for:

   - Early certificate withdrawals
   - Loan late charges
   - Skip-a-Payment
   - Loan payments online and by phone

SBA Loan Assistance

We currently only service existing SBA loans and don’t originate new loans. For help with these loans, like the Paycheck Protection Program, please visit the SBA website.1

Government Stimulus Payment

If you’re eligible for an Economic Impact Payment (government stimulus payment) you may receive it starting April 13. And, it’s likely you have questions. So we’ve gathered a few tips from the IRS to share with you.


Branch Services

If you do have the need to visit a branch, please know we've made a few changes for the well-being of you and our team.

  • Sierra Way Branches and Eastvale, Torrance, and Upland In-Store locations are temporarily closed
  • Fort Mohave branch temporarily closed on Saturdays
  • Branch hours are 9a-5p on weekdays with regular hours Saturdays
  • Transactions are limited to teller services
  • Complete loan and membership applications online
  • Following local government agencies mandates, masks or face coverings are required when visiting branches
  • Please give each other space in line and use the hand sanitizer we’ve provided


We have also taken steps to ensure our ATMs remain stocked, so you can easily access cash.
